# Aigon Kiosk - The Live Screen Your Visitors Write | Aigon

Live audience screen for exhibition stands and events — visitors send text, voice, photos and video over WhatsApp and it appears on your big screen, transcribed and in English

Visitors scan a QR, send a photo, a voice note, or a few words over WhatsApp — and it's on your stand's big screen in seconds. In English, whatever language they spoke.

Your booth wall stops being a video nobody watches. It becomes the thing people stop to put themselves on.

## Why It Works on a Show Floor

- **Any Language, On the Wall in English**: A visitor speaks Portuguese into their phone. Seconds later a clean English sentence is on your screen. Voice notes and video are transcribed, everything is rewritten into readable English. No keyboard, no language barrier, no one left out.

- **Nothing to Install — for You or for Them**: Your side: a screen with a browser and WiFi. That is the entire hardware list. Their side: WhatsApp, already on the phone in their pocket. No app download has ever survived contact with a trade show floor.

- **It Never Goes Dead**: When the stand goes quiet the screen does not freeze on the last message — it starts working the room by itself, cycling visitor photos and video full-screen. Your staff can grab it back any time from their own phone.

## How It Works

Five minutes to set up. Then it runs your room.

- **Put It On Your Screen**: Any display with a browser. Open the page, and your wall is live — visitor messages on the left, your join QR on the right. Your event, your logo, your join code. Powered by Aigon, but it is your screen.

- **Visitors Scan and Send**: The QR opens a page on their phone with one big WhatsApp button. They send text, a voice note, photos, video — whatever they want to say about your stand. No app, no signup form, no queue at a tablet. They use the messaging app they already have open.

- **It Lands On the Wall, in English**: Speech is transcribed, video is transcribed, everything is rewritten into clear English — with the original kept underneath, so nothing is lost in translation. Photos and clips get their own place on the card, captioned and ready to be blown up full-screen.

- **You Decide What Appears**: Every message is checked before it reaches the wall. Clean content goes up in seconds and nobody waits. Borderline content waits for a thumb — one tap on your staff's phone. Anything clearly out of line never appears at all, and the sender is flagged to you. Your people only ever look at the handful that genuinely need a human. Prefer to see everything first? Switch to full approval mid-event, and nothing reaches the screen until you say so. Nobody is anonymous: every message comes from a number that joined your event. Anything can be pulled down from a phone, and a repeat offender can be blocked outright.

- **Your Staff Steer It From Their Phone**: Pull up a message, blow a photo full-screen while you are talking about it, jump back to live. All from a phone in the presenter's hand — no laptop at the stand, no clicking at the screen. And when everyone walks away, it goes back to working the room on its own.

## What You Need

- **A Screen and a Browser**: Any display that can show a web page — the stand's own screen, a rented panel, a TV on a stand. Plug in a laptop or a stick PC, open the page, full-screen it. That is the setup. It needs WiFi, and it survives a bad connection: if the network drops, the screen keeps its content and reconnects on its own.

- **Nothing At All From Your Visitors**: They scan the QR on your screen and land on a page with a WhatsApp button. That is the whole journey — no app store, no account, no form. Because they arrive over WhatsApp, they can keep sending after they have walked away, from the taxi or the hotel bar.

- **A Phone For Your Staff**: The same QR gives your team the remote: navigate the wall, open a message full-screen, approve or remove content. Anyone on the stand can pick it up. Password-protected admin controls sit behind it, so a visitor with the QR can send content but cannot run your screen.

- **Your Event, Your Branding**: Your own feed and your own join code, so your event's content is yours and nobody else's. Your logo on the wall, with a discreet powered by aigon. Colour scheme, layout and text size are all switchable on the day, from the phone.

- **What You Keep Afterwards**: Everything your visitors sent stays yours: a searchable record of what people said at your stand, in text, with the photos and the transcripts — not just an impression of a busy screen. It is a better record of a show than a badge scanner, because people told you what they actually thought.
